Good start Andrew! I learned a lot about today’s Chinese society with just a few days of intense discussion with our relatives in Fuzhou. They will tell you a lot if you mingle and you will feel involved. BTW, the Itouch is really great as I can now easily email people in Chinese. The touch screen character writing option is great.
